Littlefair Care Home

Who Are We

Littlefair is an independently owned Residential Care Home for older people situated close to the centre of East Grinstead. It is purpose built, allowing for easy access and the most convenient layout of facilities.

Our Aim

Our aim at Littlefair is to offer our Residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life by providing a safe, manageable and comfortable environment, with support and stimulation to help them maximise their potential physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity. We recognise that an important element in achieving this potential is the ability to make choices.

Our motto - Nihil Forte Relinquam (Leave nothing to chance)

Food Services

A varied menu is provided with a choice of dishes freshly cooked by our chefs. Provision for special dietary requirements is also available upon request. Visitors are welcome to stay and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal with their relative.

Leisure & Activities

Littlefair has its own Activities Organiser who encourages Residents to take part in both group and one-to-one events. There are many regular events and a number of visiting performers come to the Home to entertain the Residents. There are various outings organised and the Home also has use of a specially adapted bus for these.

Internet Access

The Home has a fast broadband connection and a computer is available for Residents to connect to the internet. Alternatively a broadband connection can be provided in a Resident’s own room for a small extra charge.

Additional information

The shops in East Grinstead town centre are only a five minute walk away. For those unable to make the journey, we provide a weekly shopping round. The staff are always happy to shop on a Resident’s behalf.

We have produced a comprehensive A–Z Guide which is available in all bedrooms to inform the Residents what the Home has to offer and what services are available.

There is a monthly ecumenical Holy Communion service and also ample opportunity for everyone to attend services at the church or fellowship of their choice. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for a chaplain or a priest to visit.

Newspapers and magazines are delivered daily.
